Sunrise Ministries has been at the centre of Brooklyn's local community for many years now, as my organisation is a regular fixture for residents from all walks of life, at all stages of life. I host many different community activities during the week, as well as at weekends and evening prayer groups, and my door is always open. I utilise mindfulness, meditation, and other processes along with talking therapy to fully consider how your thoughts and feelings can affect your physical health, as well as exploring how the body can help to heal the mind. Looking at all aspects of your life, your spirituality and your aura, I approach good mental health with an open mind and an open heart.
